Backyard Patio

Last October, we said farewell to the deck in our back yard.  It was ugly, rotting, and just in overall bad shape.  Don't let the picture fool you...

For the next six months we would go back and forth debating whether to put in brick pavers, flagstone, or concrete. 

We got sick of looking at a backyard full of dirt (much like the front area that is now a garden) so we decided on concrete!  That way the neighborhood kids Jay can play basketball back there once we put in a hoop. 

I must admit it's really nice to have another project completed.  And a place to grill and relax never hurt anyone...
