Bountiful Baskets

I have recently been introduced to a produce co-op called Bountiful Baskets. You sign up each Monday, then go Saturday morning to get a huge basket of fruits and vegetables for only $15! They have a ton of locations around Texas as well as other states, so check it out to see if there's one near you! This was my first week to try it, and here's what I ended up with:

Romaine lettuce, spinach, celery, yellow squash, corn on the cob, onions, roma tomatoes, lemons, apples, strawberries, bananas, and kiwis! Can't wait to put them to use in my belly =)
